Free Write Community Navigator, Diasee Scott, was invited to share his experience as a previously incarcerated youth and emerging community leader at Gov. J.B. Pritzker and Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton’s news conference Friday, July 31st, where they announced plans to close more youth prisons in Illinois.
